What Do You Think is the secret to?

Being Happy, Having Peace and Having good health

99% of this is:

Psychologist Carol Dweck’s research shows that people with a growth mindset — the belief that abilities can be developed through effort and learning — tend to embrace challenges, persist through setbacks, and see problems as opportunities for growth www.ryanchenery.com. Hence, this is not an opinion.

Do you think it is in how you approach life? Does that include your attitude?

This is why I never underestimate the power of positive thinking.

Do you believe this? If you want this to work, think about it.

What is the result?

I felt: No burnout, just serenity.

In my past life, I was bi-polar. I was happy and perky one day, to gloss over issues the next. It was a constant battle. Yelling. Loud voice, most of the time. Remember, I didn’t have a mum growing up. So, I had to parent myself all these years. When someone would set me off, with stuff I didn’t want to hear. But it was a trigger.

One time, I went downstairs to the neighbors and talked to them about receiving wrong mail. I can’t remember exactly what else. I said, it’s all good. Perhaps, I’ll call Post office to talk to them. And the kid says, “you mean you’ll scream?” And that in itself was humiliating to hear. Now I know they can hear me! I was angry for a while.

That’s when I changed my mindset.
