Discipline is Imperative
The focus isn’t on appearance, but to break out the sweat in your pores and it helps you feel better. Of course, looking and feeling great can go hand in hand 👌
Another food for thought. Have a shift in your mindset. Perspective goes a long way.
Habit change for a healthy diet, or healthy eating. This is the most challenging for most. For obvious reasons. Because I know we love to eat!
You must know eating junk food plays a big role on your mental state. Yes, it tastes good temporarily, and then later it makes you feel lethargic and grumpy. Hence, if you’re ready to change that. I highly recommend going on a food regimen.
This is not to say that I negate medicine. It’s that, not everything can be healed or fixed through popping pills. Do the research. Several times. Don’t just follow one way. Again, one diet or one plan may work for one person, may not work for another.
Have positive thoughts of affirmations on hand. Affirmations are meant to boost your inner soul and make you feel good. You can write words on a sticky and post them in your bathroom. Livingroom. Garage. Den. Kitchen. Anywhere you can see them.
However, affirmations only work when you believe in them. Otherwise, there is no point. They are truth, hope and faith. Saying these and seeing them on a daily basis is crucial to our mental health.

When you come home from a long workday. Perhaps, you’ve been running errands, or decompressing. Sometimes, we feel anxious, and exhausted from whatever activity. Take a moment for yourself. Pause. You can try to take deep breaths. Counting slowly 1-4 seconds and do the deep breaths in 5 sets. It has to be gradual.
Finally, it is advisable to seek a therapist. Find one that best fits your needs since everyone’s affairs is different and the first one may not be good for you. Look for one on a sliding scale depending on your level of income adults/parents. See EAP or Better Help. These two are counseling services that may benefit you.
